The conference fee will be 170 EUR or 4100 CZK without accommodation. This fee is applicable for all participants including invited speakers and students. There is no reduced conference fee for students.
The conference fee includes
- Participation in all conference events
- Welcome reception (buffet dinner)
- 3 breakfasts and 3 coffee breaks
- Two lunches, two dinners
- Drinks and refreshments during evenings and poster session
Accommodation
The participants will be accommodated either in our conference center or in our student’s dormitory.
The surcharge for accommodation in conference center is 700 CZK (30 EUR) per night for shared accommodation and 1000 CZK (44 EUR) per night for single room (however there is very limited number of single rooms available). The accommodation cost in the student’s dormitory shared room will be 550 CZK (24 EUR) per night. Thus the total conference cost including accommodation for 3 nights will be 260 EUR or 6200 CZK for shared room, 300 EUR or 7100 CZK for single room and 240 EUR or 5750 CZK for shared room in student’s dormitory.
Conference center:
The capacity of the conference center is 27 people. The rooms are mainly double occupied (with two single beds, in some cases spatially divided – some parts of the room forming the gallery).
Student’s dormitory:
Student’s dormitory is the part of the conference building with separate entrance. The capacity of the dormitory is 10 people in the five newly reconstructed rooms. All five rooms have shared bathrooms and toilets.
External accommodation:
In the case of no available rooms (especially single rooms) in our conference center, the external accommodation in one of the guest houses in Nove Hrady would be the option. You can either book it yourself our require our assistance (in the comment section during the registration). In this case you will be charged the conference fee without accommodation (170EUR) and you will pay for accommodation directly to the host.
Accompanying person
Accompanying person pays the same accommodation price in our conference center as the conference participant according the type of accommodation (conference center – shared or dormitory). In the case of the accommodation in the external guest house, the rules of the particular guest house applies. If the accompanying person would like to participate on the conference meals, then special fee 125 EUR or 3000 CZK covering meals only (the fee covers breakfasts, lunches, diners including welcome reception) applies.
